Coach Dani & Coach RayInvitation-only sessions for members cleared by coaching staff. Controlled rounds, proper gear required. This is where we build fighters.
Coach RayStand-up striking, elbows, knees, clinch work. Morning and evening sessions. Sandy's classes are the hardest in the building — and the most technically precise.
