Our Programs

Boxing Fundamentals

3x/Week

Footwork, stance, basic combinations. No experience required. This is where everyone starts — the foundation for everything else we do here.

Coach Dani & Coach Ray

Intermediate/Advanced Sparring

Tue & Thu

Invitation-only sessions for members cleared by coaching staff. Controlled rounds, proper gear required. This is where we build fighters.

Muay Thai

Mon/Wed/Fri

Stand-up striking, elbows, knees, clinch work. Morning and evening sessions. Sandy's classes are the hardest in the building — and the most technically precise.

Strength & Conditioning

Daily

Barbell, kettlebell, bodyweight circuits designed around combat sports. These circuits have made people cry. They always come back.

Kids Boxing (Ages 7–14)

Saturdays

Discipline, fitness, confidence. Saturday mornings 8–9:30 AM. No sparring for under-12. Can add weekday open gym for +$15/month.

Walk in any day. $20 drop-in fee, no commitment. Try any class that's running. You get 3 drop-ins before we ask you to pick a membership — we want you to find the right fit first.
